27 Productions. Effective September 19, 2026.
27 Productions is an independent record label based in Florida, USA. This website presents our artists and releases. Contact: blake@27om.com.
This website does not require accounts and does not sell anything directly. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance. Embedded players and links (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Instagram) are operated by those companies under their own privacy policies.
27 Productions operates a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) application named “27 Productions Ads”. It is an internal tool used only by 27 Productions to manage the label’s own advertising accounts, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts through the Meta Marketing API. It is not offered to the public, does not ask anyone to log in, and does not collect, store or share personal data about fans, followers or visitors. The only data it accesses is aggregate advertising performance data and the label’s own posts, as permitted by Meta’s platform terms.
Because the app does not collect personal data from users, there is nothing to delete. If you believe 27 Productions holds any personal data about you, email blake@27om.com and we will confirm and remove it within 30 days.
If you join our mailing list, we store the email address you give us with our email provider and use it only to send news about 27 Productions releases. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.
We may update this policy as the label grows. Questions: blake@27om.com.
